Why does this feature make the game feel like a terrifying survival horror experience?

Hey everyone, I’m really struggling with a certain aspect of this game. There’s this feature that I want to enjoy, but it’s making the gameplay super intense and scary. Basically, if any enemy spots you, it’s almost always game over. You’re pretty much dead on sight!

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if this is how it’s supposed to be. It’s like the whole game turns into a heart-pounding stealth mission where one tiny mistake means instant death. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips on how to deal with it or is this just part of the challenge?

I really want to like this feature, but right now it’s making me too nervous to even play. Anyone else feel the same way or am I just being a wimp? Let me know your thoughts!

I’ve played a few games like that. The constant tension is part of the experience. It forces you to be super careful and plan every move. Took me a while to get used to it, but now I kinda dig that style. Maybe try to see it as a puzzle instead of just survival?

That sounds pretty intense! I’ve played games like that before and it can be super stressful. Sometimes developers crank up the difficulty to make it more thrilling, but it’s not for everyone. Maybe try lowering the difficulty if possible? Or you could watch some strategy videos to get better at sneaking around.

Man, that kind of mechanic can really get your heart racing. I’ve played games like that and it’s a real love-hate thing. The constant danger makes every little move feel important.

If you’re struggling, try to slow down and observe enemy patterns. Sometimes there are safe spots you can use to catch your breath.

It’s not for everyone though. No shame in lowering the difficulty if it’s killing the fun for you.

Sounds like classic survival horror to me.

Those games are meant to keep you on edge.

Try playing in short bursts if it’s too stressful.

Or embrace the fear - that’s part of the fun!

That mechanic definitely cranks up the fear factor. Makes you feel vulnerable, like every shadow could be your doom. Maybe try treating it like a puzzle game? Figuring out safe routes can be pretty satisfying.
