Why censor a simple kiss in a psychological horror game?

I’m confused about the censorship in this psychological horror game. It’s weird that they’re censoring something as mild as a kiss. Like, come on, it’s a horror game! We’re supposed to see scary stuff, right? But they draw the line at a smooch? It doesn’t make sense to me. Has anyone else noticed this? What do you think about it? Is it just me, or does it feel kinda out of place in a game that’s meant to be creepy and unsettling? I’d love to hear your thoughts on this!

Censoring a kiss in a horror game is odd. Maybe it’s part of the psychological aspect? Could be messing with players’ expectations. Still, seems like an unusual choice when you’re dealing with darker themes in the genre.

Yeah, censoring a kiss in a horror game is pretty weird. Maybe the devs were trying to be edgy or it’s some kind of artistic choice? I’ve seen way worse stuff in other horror games. Kinda takes you out of the creepy vibe when they censor something so tame.

Could be a cultural thing or different ratings in some countries.

Sometimes game devs have to make odd choices to get approved everywhere.

Still pretty strange for a horror game though!

Censoring a kiss in a horror game is pretty weird. Could be a ratings thing or some bizarre artistic choice. Either way, it’s super jarring in a game that’s probably full of violence and gore. Kinda makes you wonder what the devs were thinking. Maybe it’s meant to unsettle us in a different way than the usual scares?

Might be a weird attempt to make us uncomfortable. Censoring a kiss when there’s probably blood and guts everywhere? That’s horror game logic for ya.
