Alien: Isolation got me good. Those xenomorph sounds had me on edge.
Thought I was safe hiding in a locker. Big mistake.
F.E.A.R. got me good back in the day. That little girl popping up out of nowhere always made me jump.
The atmosphere was so creepy too. Definitely lost my cool a few times playing that one.
Dead Space 2 had me yelling at my screen. That eye surgery bit was intense.
Couldn’t look away but wanted to so bad. Brilliant tension building.
Outlast, hands down. That asylum level had me screaming like a little kid. I almost threw my controller across the room when one of those inmates jumped out at me. Didn’t help that I was playing in the dark with headphones on. Lesson learned: horror games are best played in broad daylight with the volume low.
