What's the most outlandish feature or habit in your life simulation gameplay?

Hey everyone! I’m curious about your quirky gameplay habits in life sim games. You know how these games try to mimic real life, right? But let’s be honest, we all do some pretty wild stuff in our saves that would never fly in the real world.

I’m talking about those moments where you throw realism out the window and just go nuts with the game mechanics. Maybe you’ve created a family of alien rockstars or turned your whole neighborhood into a giant pizza parlor.

What’s that one thing you do in your game that makes you laugh because it’s so far from reality? Share your craziest, most unrealistic gameplay stories. I bet we’ve all got some hilarious tales to tell!

I love sending my Sims to university over and over.

They graduate, I delete the diploma, then send them back.

Eternal students living the dream!

In Animal Crossing, I’ve turned my entire island into a giant maze. Every inch is covered in hedges and fences. My villagers are always lost and confused. It’s not exactly the relaxing paradise the game intended, but watching them wander aimlessly is oddly amusing.

In my Stardew Valley game, I’ve got a barn full of nothing but dinosaurs.

Crops? Nah. Regular animals? Boring.

Just a whole farm of prehistoric reptiles chilling in the countryside.

In Stardew Valley, I turned the entire town into a massive pineapple farm. Every inch of tillable land, covered in pineapples. Even filled NPCs’ yards with them. Totally impractical, but seeing a sea of yellow everywhere cracks me up.

In The Sims I’ve got this weird thing where I make all my characters live off nothing but grilled cheese. They eat it for every meal and even sell paintings of grilled cheese to make money. It’s ridiculous but I find it hilarious. Their entire lives revolve around cheese sandwiches. Not exactly peak nutrition or a solid business model in real life!
