What can we expect from the gameplay challenges shown in the Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy preview footage?

I recently checked out the preview trailer for Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy and it looks quite thrilling. The footage gives us an idea of what actual gameplay might look like upon its release. Although it’s just a brief snippet, it’s clear that stepping into the shoes of an Acolyte will involve facing some pretty challenging and exciting tasks. The combat looks demanding, and the overall vibe feels dark and gritty, just like you’d expect in the Warhammer 40K world. Has anyone else watched this trailer? What are your thoughts on the gameplay mechanics we saw? Do you think the difficulty will be fair, or are we in for some serious tough challenges?

Those stealth sections looked brutal if you got caught

The atmosphere looked spot on from what I saw. That grimy underhive setting nails the 40k vibe and makes even basic encounters feel tense.

The investigation stuff grabbed me way more than the combat. It looks like we’ll actually do detective work, which fits perfectly for Inquisition agents. I’m curious how they’ll balance RPG mechanics with action scenes. The preview made it seem like choices might actually have weight this time.

Combat seems intense based on the preview. The constant swarming of enemies definitely adds to that grimdark feel. It looks like we’ll have our hands full, which is pretty exciting.
