Thoughts on crash physics in the next GTA game?

Hey guys, I’ve been thinking about the crash physics in the upcoming GTA game. What if they made it more like Wreckfest? You know, with realistic damage but not too crazy. Maybe they could add a slider to adjust how much damage cars take.

I get that some people might not want super detailed crash physics in free roam. It could get annoying. But I think it would make the game feel more real. Plus, it might make us actually care about our cars instead of just trashing them all the time.

What do you all think? Should they keep it simple like GTA V or go for something more realistic? I’m so pumped that we might get to play it this year! Can’t wait to see what they do with it.

I’m not sure about going full Wreckfest in GTA. It could mess with the flow of missions and chases. That said, a bit more realism in the crashes would be awesome.

Maybe they could do more detailed damage for story moments and keep it lighter for free roam. Or have different physics for different car types. Sports cars could crumple while tanks just brush stuff off.

Realistic crash physics would be cool, but might slow down gameplay. A slider’s a good idea to let players choose. I’d love to see some destructible environments too.
