Okay, so I’m not usually big on Bethesda games. Skyrim’s the only one I really got into before this. Fallout never clicked and the older Elder Scrolls games just didn’t do it for me. But man, Starfield? It’s got me hooked like Skyrim did back in the day.
I thought it looked kinda meh at first, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Boy, was I wrong! This game is a blast. It’s like I’ve got this whole universe to play in, and I can do whatever I want. I’ve done all the faction stuff, the main story, and loads of side quests. I even spent forever just building ships!
It’s got this Firefly vibe that I love. Walking around the big cities with my gun and jacket makes me feel like a space cowboy. And the skills you can get? So many cool options.
Sure, some folks say it feels old school, but that doesn’t bug me. I’ve been gaming since forever, so I’m cool with it. The menu-based space travel? It’s like I’m in Star Trek setting a course. Pretty neat, if you ask me.
If I had to pick one thing to change, I wish the space map had more details about who owns what. But honestly, that’s small potatoes.
This game reminded me why I love gaming so much. It’s been ages since I got this into a game!
