Hey guys, I’m trying to track down this awesome racing game I used to play. It was on a browser, I think Shockwave, and had pretty good graphics for a web game. The setting was very Mad Max-ish with lots of desert and mountain tracks.
The coolest part was you could grab weapons while racing. I remember there was this insane orbital laser you could use to take out other racers. There were other weapons too, but that one was wild.
You had a bunch of different cars to choose from, and the whole vibe was very dystopian. I’m pretty sure it came out sometime between 2005 and 2015.
I’ve been wracking my brain trying to remember the name, but no luck. It was so much fun and I’d love to play it again if it’s still around. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks!
Dude, that game sounds insane! I’m a sucker for post-apocalyptic stuff, and racing with weapons is always a blast. Never played a browser game that intense though. Wish I could help ID it, but now I kinda want to play it too. Let us know if you find it!
Man, that game sounds awesome! Browser-based racing with weapons and an apocalyptic setting? I’m bummed I missed out on that one. The orbital laser weapon reminds me a bit of Death Rally, but that wasn’t browser-based. Have you tried looking through old Shockwave game archives? Might be worth a shot if you’re desperate to find it. Good luck on your search!
Whoa, that game sounds epic! Browser-based with weapons and post-apocalyptic vibes? Right up my alley. Never played one with an orbital laser though. That’s next level. Makes me wanna dig through old browser games now. If you find it, def share the name!
That game sounds wild! I’m a huge fan of post-apocalyptic settings and racing games, so this is right up my alley. The orbital laser weapon is next level. Have you tried searching for ‘post-apocalyptic browser racing games’ or something similar? Might turn up some leads. If you find it, definitely share the name. I’d love to give it a spin if it’s still playable somewhere.
That game sounds wild! Reminds me a bit of Twisted Metal, but on a browser. Orbital lasers in a racing game? Count me in. Wish I knew what it was called. Hopefully someone here can ID it for you so we can all check it out.
