Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a really tough situation right now and could use some advice. The health crisis in my area has gotten significantly worse over the past few weeks. We’ve been placed under strict isolation protocols and I’m not sure how to handle everything that’s happening.
The restrictions are getting tighter and it’s becoming really difficult to manage daily activities. Has anyone else been through something similar? I’m looking for practical tips on how to cope with extended isolation periods and what to expect when conditions deteriorate like this.
Any guidance or shared experiences would be really helpful right now. Thanks in advance for any support you can offer.
Single player games with good stories became my lifeline during the worst stretches. Something about getting completely absorbed in another world for hours made everything else fade away. The Witcher 3 and Red Dead 2 probably saved my sanity during those months.
Gaming really helped me get through the worst lockdown periods. Found some longer RPGs to sink time into and joined online co-op sessions with friends to stay social.
Honestly those extended isolation periods were rough but I found having a solid routine helped a lot. Set specific times for meals, sleep, and activities so the days don’t just blur together. Stock up on non-perishables when you can and maybe pick up some new hobbies or games to keep your mind occupied. The mental side is probably the hardest part so don’t hesitate to reach out to people online or through video calls.
Playing co-op games with friends online was huge for me during lockdown. Something about working together in games made the isolation feel less intense.
