Hey everyone, I’m dealing with a really tough situation right now. The virus outbreak in my area has gotten much worse over the past few weeks. The local authorities have designated our neighborhood as an isolation zone and we’re not allowed to leave unless it’s absolutely necessary.
I’m wondering if anyone else has been through something similar? How did you cope with being stuck in a quarantine area when things kept getting worse? I’m starting to feel really anxious about the whole situation and could use some advice from people who have experienced this.
The restrictions are pretty strict and it’s affecting my mental health. Any tips on how to stay positive during these challenging times would be really helpful. Thanks in advance for any support or guidance you can share.
I get it. During lockdown, I lost myself in open world games like Skyrim and Fallout. It was like escaping reality for a bit. Being able to explore in a game makes a tough situation way easier to handle. And sometimes just watching streams or gaming content on YouTube can help too when you’re not up for playing yourself.
Sounds really stressful. I went through something similar and honestly just having a routine helped me keep it together. I’d wake up, play some games, work out in my room, then more games. Animal Crossing was weirdly therapeutic during that time. Also staying connected with friends online made a huge difference, even just chatting while playing co-op stuff.
