What’s up everyone! I’m totally obsessed with scary games and can’t get enough of them. I’ve been playing horror titles for years now and also watch tons of gameplay videos online. Right now I’m hunting for those lesser-known indie horror experiences that fly under the radar but are absolutely amazing. You know, the kind of games that deserve way more attention than they get. Anyone got some awesome recommendations for hidden treasures in the indie horror scene? Would really appreciate any suggestions you can throw my way!
Visage absolutely wrecked me. Think P.T. cranked up to eleven - it’s so intense you’ll want to quit multiple times. The house feels alive and messes with your head constantly. If you’re into games that make you question reality, definitely check out Madison too.
Mundaun totally caught me off guard - it’s way creepier than I expected. That hand-drawn art style hits different and makes everything feel genuinely unsettling.
Try World of Horror if you want something completely different. Pixel art meets cosmic dread perfectly.
If you haven’t checked out The Suicide of Rachel Foster, you’re missing a gem. The atmosphere is incredible and the story grabs you from the beginning. There are some really creepy moments that stick with you even after you’re done.
Lost in Vivo is perfect for this - feels like Silent Hill 2 but made by one person.
