I’m really excited about the Three Layer Dungeon concept, but I think it needs some work. It’s becoming a bit of a waiting game, especially when you’re trying to do stuff in the Inferno.
You have to dodge the risky PvP in Ruins, then sit around in Crypts, and finally hope for a good spawn in hell. If not, it’s back to square one, waiting for the Ruins map to come up again. There’s just too much downtime.
I’ve got a few ideas that might help:
Fill up lobbies while in Crypts
Add signs on Crypts stairs showing the Inferno boss
Move the Lich boss to the Crypts map
Put a team extract in the middle of Ruins for quick Inferno access (like the drawbridge, but takes time to use)
What do you guys think? Any other ideas to cut down on the waiting?
I feel you on the waiting. The Three Layer Dungeon concept is cool, but yeah, it can drag sometimes. Maybe they could add more stuff to do in Crypts while we wait? Like mini-games or side quests or something. Just to keep us busy, you know?
Totally get the waiting game issue. I’ve been playing a bunch lately and yeah, sometimes it drags. The Three Layer Dungeon is a cool concept but could use some tweaks. Maybe adding more random events or mini-bosses in Crypts would help kill time. Just something to keep us busy while waiting for Inferno.
I get the frustration with the waiting. The Three Layer Dungeon is a neat idea, but it does have some pacing issues. Maybe they could spice up the Crypts with some random events or NPC interactions? Something to keep us engaged while we’re waiting for Inferno. Or even just adding more loot to find in the Crypts could make that downtime feel more worthwhile.
