In your opinion, which scary game stands out as the ultimate horror experience?

Hey everyone, I’m curious about your top picks for scary games. There are so many out there, but I want to know which one really got under your skin. What game left you feeling scared long after you put down the controller?

For me, it was a classic from way back. I played it as a kid and it totally freaked me out. The atmosphere was so creepy, and the monsters were unlike anything I’d seen before. I still get goosebumps thinking about it!

Silent Hill 2 gets my vote. The psychological horror and twisted atmosphere really messed with my head. I found myself dreading what might be around each corner. That fog-shrouded town still haunts me years later.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent really got to me. The sanity mechanic was brilliant.

Trying to hide from monsters while your character loses it… that was next level scary.

Never felt so helpless in a game before.

P.T. demo. Short but intense.

The creepy hallway loop and sound design were next level.

Wish the full game happened.

Man, Outlast really messed me up. Played it with headphones in a dark room. Big mistake.

The night vision camcorder gimmick was so cool but terrifying. Running and hiding from those psychos while trying to conserve battery… pure stress.

I legit had to take breaks to calm down. Haven’t been that scared by a game since.

Alien: Isolation. The relentless xenomorph AI kept me on edge.

Hiding in lockers, holding my breath, praying it wouldn’t find me.

That game nailed the terror of being hunted.
