If you could pick just one platinum trophy to define your gaming journey — what would you choose?

I’ve gotten platinum on quite a few games over the years, but God of War (2018) really stands out for me. This wasn’t just about ticking boxes off a list — it was this incredible adventure that stuck with me way after I finished playing.

Kratos and Atreus’s relationship really got to me. The game dealt with heavy stuff like being a parent, dealing with your past mistakes, and trying to be better. There were times I had to pause and just think about what was happening.

What caught me off guard was how well designed the trophy requirements were. No boring grinding, no online stuff to worry about — just complete immersion in the story. Every artifact you find, every skill you unlock, every optional boss fight made the world feel more real. When I finally got that platinum trophy, it wasn’t like I just beat another game… it was like I experienced something meaningful that changed how I think about gaming.

Bloodborne is the one for me. That platinum was tough and really pushed my limits. It showed me I could get through anything if I just stuck with it.

The Witcher 3 for sure. That platinum made me explore every corner of the world and really appreciate the storytelling.

Persona 5 Royal is my pick too. I spent 120 hours on it and loved every second. Chasing that platinum pushed me to max all confidants and explore every nook. It felt like I was really living in Tokyo with those characters. It’s amazing how games can tell such powerful stories.
