Hey everyone, I’m kinda stuck in a gaming rut. Ever since I finished BG3, nothing else seems to hit the spot. The game was so good with its story, characters, and world that everything else feels meh now. I know my mental health stuff might be making it worse, but still.
Anyone else feeling this way? It’s like BG3 set the bar too high and now I can’t enjoy other games. I’m thinking about playing it again, but I wanna wait a bit so it feels new-ish.
Have you guys found any games that come close to BG3’s awesomeness? I’m desperate for something that’ll grab me like that game did. Help a fellow gamer out!
Yeah, BG3 was pretty epic. I’ve had that feeling after other big games too. Maybe try some indie games for a change of pace? They often have cool ideas that can surprise you. Or just take a break from gaming for a bit and come back fresh.
I totally get that feeling. BG3 was a damn masterpiece. It’s hard to find games that measure up after experiencing something that good. I’ve been in the same boat before with other games.
Sometimes it helps to switch genres completely. Maybe try something totally different like a racing game or a puzzle game for a while. Or revisit an old favorite you know you love.
If you want another deep RPG though, have you tried Divinity: Original Sin 2? It’s by the same devs and has a lot of similar qualities to BG3.
