Fresh player's 450-hour journey: Embracing vertical construction in Satisfactory

Hey everyone! I’m a newcomer to Satisfactory with about 450 hours under my belt. When the AI assistant suggested building upwards, I was totally hooked!

I’ve discovered that I’m not too concerned about optimizing efficiency. Instead, I’m all about creating these massive, mind-blowing structures that feel like they’re straight out of a sci-fi dystopia.

I’m having a blast using mods like Infinite Nudge and placing foundations beneath railways. The Big Blueprint mod is another favorite of mine. It’s incredible how much these tools enhance the building experience!

This game has completely captivated me. I’ve never been so engrossed in a title before. The way it challenges my creativity and problem-solving skills is unmatched.

Anyone else find themselves obsessed with creating towering megastructures? What are your go-to building techniques for achieving that futuristic cityscape look?

Vertical building is the way to go in Satisfactory. Makes everything look so epic. I’m into creating these massive multi-level factories that sprawl across the map. The Structural Solutions mod is great for adding some cool details. This game just sucks you in doesn’t it?

Man, I know that feeling! Vertical building in Satisfactory is addictive. I’ve spent way too many hours stacking factories and creating these insane skyscrapers. It’s like Blade Runner meets industrial sim.

For that futuristic look, I love using glass foundations and lots of lights. Mod-wise, I’m a big fan of Structural Solutions for those sleek beams and supports. Really helps sell that high-tech vibe.

450 hours is just the start. This game will eat your life if you let it!

Vertical building is so satisfying. I love making huge industrial towers.

Have you tried the Structural Solutions mod? Adds some cool sci-fi looking parts.

This game is dangerously addictive though. Say goodbye to your free time!
