Hey everyone! I’m working on a new trading card game set in a dark, high-tech future. It’s got a real cyberpunk vibe to it.
Could you guys take a look at what I’ve got so far and give me some honest opinions? I’m especially interested in hearing thoughts on:
How well the game captures the dystopian cyberpunk feel
If the card designs are eye-catching enough
Whether the gameplay mechanics make sense for this theme
I’m open to all kinds of feedback. Don’t hold back - if something doesn’t work, I want to know! Thanks in advance for your help. It means a lot to get input from other game design enthusiasts.
Cyberpunk card games are awesome. The hacking idea sounds pretty cool. Maybe you could add some augmentation cards too? Like players can upgrade their characters with cyber implants. That’d fit the theme nicely.
Cyberpunk card games are my jam! For the dystopian feel, maybe add some corporate overlord cards that mess with players in unexpected ways. As for eye-catching designs, neon colors and glitchy effects always pop. Gameplay-wise, a system where players can ‘hack’ each other’s cards could be pretty sweet. Just spitballing here, but I’d totally be down to playtest if you need more feedback!
Sounds intriguing! For the cyberpunk vibe, consider adding some corporate conspiracy elements. Maybe players could uncover hidden agendas as they play?
Sounds cool! Cyberpunk card games are always fun. Have you thought about adding some AI or hacking elements to the gameplay? That could really amp up the futuristic vibe.
