Could my game's title be limiting its potential audience?

Hey everyone, I’m in a bit of a pickle and could use some advice. I just put out a demo for my new game. It’s all about building up a drug empire, with a mix of action, management, sim, and stealth gameplay.

The thing is, I called it ‘Schedule I’, and now I’m wondering if that might be too vague or niche. I’ve noticed other games in this genre usually have words like ‘drug’ or ‘narco’ right in the title.

I’m thinking maybe I should change the name, but I’m not sure. I figure sooner is better than later. What do you all think? Am I overthinking this, or could the title be holding the game back? Any thoughts would be super helpful!

The name’s clever, but might be too subtle. A subtitle could work wonders. It’ll keep your original idea while giving players a clearer idea of the game’s theme. What about ‘Schedule I: Empire of Shadows’ or something similar?

Schedule I is a cool name, but maybe too subtle. Adding a subtitle like ‘Rise of the Kingpin’ could help. It keeps your original idea while hinting at the game’s theme.

I dig the name Schedule I. It’s clever if you know what it means. But yeah, it might be too subtle for some players. Adding a subtitle could work, or you could go with something more direct like ‘Drug Empire’ or ‘Narco Tycoon’. Depends on the vibe you’re going for. Just make sure people can find it when they’re looking for that kind of game.

Schedule I sounds intriguing, but yeah, it might fly over some heads. Maybe add a catchy subtitle to clarify what it’s about? That way you keep the cool name and still grab attention.

Schedule I is kinda subtle. Not everyone might get it’s about drugs. Maybe throw in a punchy subtitle to give people a clue? Could help draw more players in without changing the whole name.
