Can anyone identify this indie horror game with a blue plush protagonist and claymation style?

Hey guys, I’m trying to remember this cool indie horror game I saw in a YouTube video. It had a unique claymation art style and the main character was this cute blue plush toy creature. The gameplay was kinda like Resident Evil, but without any bad guys to fight. It was all about solving puzzles.

I remember one part where you had to use a vending machine to get an item to move forward in the game. The whole thing had a really creepy vibe, even though the main character looked adorable.

I think I saw it on a channel like PowerPak, Nexpo, or Joeseppi, but I’m not 100% sure. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I’d love to find out what it’s called so I can check it out myself.

Any help would be awesome. Thanks!

Blue Velvet is such a trip. The cute plush guy in that creepy world really messes with your head. Not your typical horror game, but that’s what makes it cool.

Sounds like you’re talking about Poppy Playtime. The blue plush toy protagonist is Huggy Wuggy. Pretty creepy game with those weird puzzles and vibes. Not exactly claymation, but it kinda has that handmade feel. Worth checking out if horror games are your thing.

Blue Velvet is a wild ride. The contrast between the cute plush hero and the eerie claymation world is what makes it so unnerving. Those puzzles can be real head-scratchers too. Definitely not your average horror game, but that’s what makes it stand out.

That’s not Poppy Playtime. I think you’re describing Blue Velvet. It’s a lesser-known indie game with a claymation style and a blue plush protagonist. The vending machine puzzle rings a bell.

Blue Velvet sounds spot on. I remember seeing a playthrough of that a while back. The claymation style really stood out, and that blue plush character was weirdly unsettling. The puzzles were pretty unique too. It’s one of those games that messes with your head because everything looks cute but feels so wrong. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into weird indie horror stuff.
