Are there any great simulation games about living in Nordic countries besides Sweden?

Hey everyone, I’ve been really into simulation games lately, especially ones that show what life is like in different places. I know there are some cool games set in Sweden, but I’m wondering if there are any good ones for the other Nordic countries like Norway, Finland, or Denmark.

I’d love to explore virtual versions of these places and get a feel for their cultures, landscapes, and daily life. Has anyone come across any games like this? Maybe something that lets you run a small business in a Norwegian fjord town or manage a farm in rural Finland?

I’m open to all kinds of simulation styles - city builders, life sims, management games, or anything else that gives a taste of Nordic living. If you know of any hidden gems or upcoming releases, I’d be super grateful to hear about them! Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Cities: Skylines has a great Nordic feel. You can make fjords, snow-covered towns, and add Nordic-style buildings. Pretty close to the real thing!

Cities: Skylines is great for that Nordic vibe. For something different, try Unravel. It’s not a sim, but the Swedish scenery is stunning. Feels like you’re really there in the wilderness.

My Summer Car is awesome! I spent hours tinkering with that junker. For Norway, you could check out Draugen. It’s more of a mystery game, but the fjord setting is gorgeous and really captures that Nordic atmosphere.

Have you tried My Summer Car? It’s set in Finland and nails that rural Nordic vibe. You basically build a car from scratch while living a Finnish country life.

Draugen sounds cool. I love games that nail the atmosphere of a place. There’s also this game called Northgard. It’s not exactly modern day, but it’s a Viking-themed strategy game with beautiful Nordic landscapes. You build settlements and explore a mysterious new land. Pretty fun if you’re into that Norse vibe.
