Hey everyone! So I’ve been thinking about the trigger warning system in this game and overall I think it’s pretty well done. I don’t usually need warnings myself since I tend to push through uncomfortable content anyway, but I still appreciate that they’re there for people who do need them.
What really caught me off guard though was when that angry scene with Freddy happened. There was no warning at all and it was pretty intense compared to other moments that did get warnings. The way he exploded was genuinely shocking and I wasn’t prepared for it at all.
Anyone else feel like some characters or scenes were missing warnings that probably should have had them? Would love to hear your thoughts on this.
The Danny thing really messed me up. That manipulative relationship was way darker than anything else in the game - no warning at all. I expected typical drama but got hit with heavy psychological stuff that stuck with me for days.
Olivia’s family situation caught me off guard too. The emotional abuse hit hard and was incredibly well-written, but man, I didn’t expect it to go that deep.
Yeah that Freddy scene was brutal. Had to pause after that - totally came out of nowhere. The game’s usually good about flagging heavy content but completely whiffed on that one. Makes you wonder what their actual criteria is for warnings.
