Which agricultural simulation game did you initially play?

Hey everyone! I’m curious about your first experience with farming sim games. I remember getting hooked on these virtual farming adventures a while back. My journey began with Farming Simulator 15. It was pretty awesome, but I’ve gotta say, Farming Simulator 22 really took over my life! I’ve spent countless hours tending to my digital crops and livestock in that one. What about you guys? When did you first dip your toes into the world of farming sims? And which game in the series has eaten up most of your time? I’d love to hear your stories and maybe compare notes on our favorite features or mods!

Harvest Moon on GameCube started it all for me. Simple graphics but super addictive gameplay. Still play it sometimes for nostalgia.

Man, Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life on GameCube was my gateway drug to farming sims. Spent way too many hours on that as a kid. These days I’m all about Stardew Valley though. It’s got that perfect mix of farming, relationships, and dungeon crawling that keeps me coming back for more. Probably sunk a few hundred hours into it by now.

Stardew Valley was my first dive into farming sims. The pixel art and chill vibes got me hooked. Now I’m trying out more realistic ones like Farming Simulator, but Stardew still has a special place in my gaming rotation.

My first was FarmVille on Facebook back in the day. Spent way too much time planting virtual crops and bugging friends for help. Now I’m into Stardew Valley. The progression and characters are just so addicting.
