I keep seeing this weird notification that says ‘dark spirit has entered the world’ or something similar when I’m playing. It just pops up randomly and I have no idea what it means or what’s happening. Is this some kind of event or mechanic I should be worried about? I’m pretty new to this and don’t understand what triggers this message. Does it affect my gameplay somehow? Should I be doing something when this appears? Any help would be great because I’m totally confused about what this notification is trying to tell me.
That just means another player is invading your game. They’ll appear as a red phantom and try to take you out. If you’re not into PvP yet, just go offline to escape it for now.
That notification means someone has invaded your game. They’re there to hunt you down. You’ll notice them as a red phantom. They can’t move through levels with you; their only aim is to take you out. If you’re new, it can feel pretty intense at first. You can choose to fight back, run away, or even go offline if you want to avoid invaders altogether.
It’s basically PvP invasion. Another player joins your world to kill you and you get souls if you win.
