Hey everyone! I’m super excited to share that I’m working on a new horror game project. It’s set in India and draws inspiration from the SCP Foundation universe. I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas about this concept.
Has anyone played similar games set in India? What elements do you think would make it truly scary and authentic to our culture? I’m thinking of incorporating local folklore and urban legends. Maybe even some creepy locations inspired by real places.
Any suggestions for game mechanics or storylines that could work well in this setting? I’m aiming for a mix of psychological horror and supernatural elements. Your input would be really helpful in shaping this project!
Thanks in advance for your feedback. Can’t wait to hear what you all think!
That’s a sick concept! Indian folklore is a goldmine for horror. Maybe you could use stuff like the churel or bhoot as enemies. A mechanic where you have to perform rituals to banish spirits could be cool. And definitely use some creepy abandoned locations as settings. Just make sure to do your research so it feels authentic.
An India-based SCP game sounds awesome! Local legends could really make it stand out. Maybe use some creepy abandoned places as settings? And throw in some Indian mythology for extra scares. Just make sure to keep it authentic and not too stereotypical.
Sounds like a cool idea! Indian mythology could add some unique scares. Maybe use stuff like the churel or bhoot as enemies. A sanity meter that changes how you see things could be pretty creepy too. Just make sure to keep it authentic and not too stereotypical.
Sounds cool! Local legends could add a unique twist. Maybe include some classic Indian horror tropes like possessed dolls or cursed jewelry. A sanity meter that affects gameplay could be intense too.
Cool idea! Maybe use places like Bhangarh Fort or Mukesh Mills for spooky vibes. A sanity meter could make it extra creepy. Mixing in some Indian mythology could be awesome too.
