Hey everyone! My friend and I are on the hunt for an exciting D&D 5E game. We’re both 20-year-old women who love tabletop RPGs, especially ones with apocalyptic or horror themes. We’ve got about a year of D&D under our belts and are super into the roleplaying and exploration aspects, though we enjoy combat too.
We’re hoping to find a group that’s LGBTQ+ friendly and close to our age. Our time zone is GMT+2, so that’s important to keep in mind. If you’ve got room for two enthusiastic players who love getting into character and uncovering mysteries, let us know!
Feel free to reply here or send a private message if you think we’d be a good fit for your game. We’re excited to dive into a new adventure!
Dystopian D&D sounds sick! I ran a post-apocalyptic campaign once and it was a blast. Mixing in some Lovecraftian horror really amped up the creepy factor. Good luck finding a group! If you can’t, maybe try running something yourselves?
Dystopian and horror themes in D&D are awesome. I’ve run a few campaigns like that and they’re always a blast. The key is nailing that creepy atmosphere. If you can’t find a group, you might consider trying to DM yourselves. Start small with a one-shot and see how it goes. There are tons of great pre-written horror adventures out there to get you started.
Sounds like a cool setup! Have you checked out Vampire: The Masquerade? It’s not D&D, but hits that horror vibe and has great LGBTQ+ representation. Just a thought if you’re open to other systems.
