Real life version of Liar's Bar for streaming content

I was thinking about creating a live stream where we play Liar’s Bar in person. Instead of using the Russian roulette element from the game, we could set up 6 shot glasses with drinks. Five of them would be regular cocktails and one would be a nasty surprise drink that nobody wants to get.

For example, you could make a spicy tomato drink and add extremely hot sauce to one of them. Or take something sweet, like orange juice mixed drinks, and add sour powder to make it terrible. Maybe even put salt water in a whiskey shot to make it disgusting.

I think there are tons of creative ways to make gross drinks that would be funny to watch people drink on stream. Anyone have other ideas for what kind of nasty ingredients could work for this?

Love this idea but watch out with super hot sauce - that can actually hurt people. Try mixing fruit juice with fish sauce or worcestershire instead. Still disgusting but safe. Or fake chocolate milk with soy sauce mixed in. The smell gives it away but the taste is awful.

Milk with lemon juice makes it curdle instantly. Looks normal until they drink it.

That’s a fun twist! Mix pickle juice with something sweet, or dump way too much vinegar in a regular drink. The reactions will be hilarious.
