Mark Zuckerberg's AI future plan: A potential nightmare for everyone else?

Hey everyone, I just read about Zuckerberg’s talks on AI and I’m pretty freaked out. He’s planning to use AI mainly for ads and to keep people glued to their screens. He even talks about AI-generated content taking over our feeds!

The scariest part? He wants to create an ‘ultimate black box’ for advertising. You just tell it what you want and it makes it happen. How is that not terrifying?

He also mentioned AI friends and therapists. I get that loneliness is a real problem but replacing humans with AI? That feels wrong on so many levels.

What do you all think? Am I overreacting or is this as dystopian as it sounds to me? How do we deal with tech that might be harmful but people choose to use anyway?

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. It’s keeping me up at night!

Zuckerberg’s AI plans sound intense. I’ve played games with AI companions and it’s cool, but real-life AI friends? That’s next level. Wonder if they’ll make an AI that can beat top gamers. Could be fun to watch, but also kinda scary.

AI’s definitely changing things fast. Reminds me of how games evolved from Pong to hyper-realistic open worlds. We’re just along for the ride now. Maybe it’ll be like in Deus Ex where we can choose to augment ourselves or not. Either way, it’s gonna be interesting to see how it all plays out.

AI’s gonna be wild. Ads everywhere, AI friends, the works.

Not sure if it’s all doom and gloom though.

Guess we’ll see how it plays out. Might surprise us.

AI in games is one thing, but real life? That’s a whole new ballgame.

Zuck’s plans sound pretty out there. Kinda reminds me of some sci-fi games I’ve played.

Wonder if we’ll end up living in a world like Deus Ex someday.

AI’s moving fast, for sure. Reminds me of how game graphics went from pixelated to photorealistic in no time.

Zuck’s ideas sound like they’re straight out of a cyberpunk game. AI friends and therapists? That’s some Blade Runner stuff right there.

Not sure if it’ll be as bad as some people think, but it’s definitely gonna change things. Guess we’ll have to wait and see how it plays out in the real world.

I get the concern, but AI’s been part of games forever. Remember the NPCs in Oblivion? They were pretty basic, but now look at how far we’ve come. AI in real life might go the same way. Could be cool, could be a disaster. We’ll probably end up somewhere in the middle.
