Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 might be the best narrative experience I've encountered

I just wrapped up playing this masterpiece and I’m having mixed feelings about it. On one hand, I’m thrilled because the storytelling was absolutely incredible. The characters felt real, the plot kept me hooked from start to finish, and every choice seemed to matter. The medieval setting was so immersive that I lost track of time playing it.

But now I’m also feeling empty because it’s over. The ending left me wanting so much more from this world and these characters. I’m already craving the next installment in the series. Has anyone else felt this way after finishing such an amazing game? The withdrawal is real and I don’t know what to play next that could even come close to this experience.

That post-game emptiness hits hard after something truly special. Same feeling I had finishing the first Kingdom Come - they absolutely nailed that medieval atmosphere like no one else. If you want something similar, try The Witcher 3 if you haven’t. Different era but has the same deep characters and choices that actually matter.

I feel you on that. Those immersive narratives stick with you and make it tough to find something that matches up.

Kingdom Come totally spoils you - everything feels so authentic. Still blown away by how they made basic conversations feel heavy and meaningful.
