Is anyone else frustrated with the game's balance?

Hey guys, I’m really struggling with this game’s balance, especially on veteran difficulty. It’s driving me crazy! I get that enemies are supposed to be tough, but come on, this is just ridiculous.

I’m using what I think is a pretty good assault rifle with AP ammo, but I still have to empty my mag multiple times into some random dude’s face to take him down. And I’m talking about regular soldiers here, not even the mutants!

It’s gotten to the point where every gunfight feels the same. I shoot a guy in the head a bunch of times, hide to heal up, and then do it all over again. Rinse and repeat until everyone’s dead or I am. It’s not fun anymore, just tedious.

The early game was actually pretty cool and tense, but now it’s just a slog. Anyone else feel like the devs need to seriously look at rebalancing this? It’s really killing the immersion for me.

Yeah, the balance in this game is pretty off. I’ve been playing on veteran too and it’s just not fun anymore. Feels like I’m shooting bullets made of cotton candy at these enemies. Maybe the devs were going for realism, but c’mon, this is a game. It should be challenging but not frustrating.

Man, I feel you on this. The balance in some games can be super wonky, especially on higher difficulties. I’ve played through a few that start off great but then turn into bullet sponge fests. It’s like the devs just cranked up enemy health instead of making smarter AI or interesting challenges. Maybe they’ll patch it eventually, but for now it might be worth trying a different difficulty or loadout if you’re not having fun anymore.

I get the frustration. Bullet sponge enemies can really kill the fun. Have you tried tweaking your loadout or tactics? Sometimes a different approach can make a big difference in those tough fights.
