Hey guys, I was browsing Steam reviews the other day and noticed something interesting. It looks like Microsoft’s Flight Simulator is getting a lot of negative feedback. I remember when Overwatch 2 launched, it got hammered pretty hard in the ratings too. But now I’m wondering if Flight Sim has actually taken the crown for the lowest-rated AAA game on the platform. Has anyone else noticed this trend? What do you think could be causing all the bad reviews for Flight Sim? I’m curious to hear your thoughts on this, especially if you’ve played both games. Is this just a temporary thing, or do you think it reflects bigger issues with these titles?
I’ve seen the negative reviews for Flight Sim, but I’m not sure it’s quite as bad as Overwatch 2 was at launch. Flight Sim is pretty niche and has some technical issues, which explains a lot of the complaints. Overwatch 2 had way more hype and disappointment. Still, both games show how risky it can be to release a big title these days. Gamers have high expectations and aren’t afraid to voice their opinions.
Flight Sim’s definitely got some hate lately. Guess it’s kinda expected with how demanding it is on hardware. But I don’t think it’s quite as bad as OW2’s launch disaster. That was a whole other level of mess with server issues and missing features.
Flight Sim’s got some issues, but it’s not as bad as OW2’s launch drama. Tech problems are annoying players, but that’s kinda normal for a sim that detailed. OW2 had way more people mad about gameplay changes and monetization stuff. Both games’ll probably improve over time though.
Flight Sim’s getting flak, but OW2’s launch was way worse.
Tech issues bug people in Flight Sim, but that’s typical for complex sims.
OW2 had bigger problems with gameplay and money-grabbing.
Both games will likely improve with updates.
Flight Sim’s getting flak, but it’s no OW2 disaster.
Sim fans are a patient bunch. They’ll stick around.
Give it time, patches will come.
