Hey everyone! I’ve been trying to figure out what kind of performance Overcooked 2 gets on the new Switch 2 system. I’m specifically wondering about the frame rate since I know the original Switch version was locked to 30 frames per second. Has anyone here actually played it on Switch 2 yet? I’m hoping it might run at a smoother 60fps but I haven’t been able to find any solid info anywhere online. The cooking chaos would probably feel way better with higher frame rates during those intense kitchen moments. Would really appreciate if someone who owns both versions could share their experience with the performance difference between the two consoles.

I’ve got Switch 2 and tried Overcooked 2 yesterday. It runs at 60fps now and the difference is huge when you’re frantically chopping and throwing ingredients. Controls feel way more responsive, especially for quick direction changes. Definitely worth checking out if you own it already.
Still waiting for my Switch 2 to arrive but I’m curious about this too. Those cooking sections get crazy hectic - better frame rates would definitely help with timing throws and catches.
