Hey everyone, I’m having some trouble with one of my survivors in the game. They keep failing the inspection at the checkpoint in the Quarantine Zone. I’ve tried different approaches, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any tips on how to get past the checkpoint successfully? I’m not sure if I’m missing something obvious or if there’s a specific strategy I should be using. It’s really frustrating because I can’t progress in that area without getting through. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I had the same problem for ages. Turns out there’s a hidden reputation system at play. Try doing some side quests for the checkpoint guards first. Build up some goodwill and they’ll be more likely to let you through. Also, make sure your survivor’s skills match their cover story. Little details like that can make or break an inspection.
I had that checkpoint issue too. Sneaking through at night worked for me. The guards were sleepy and less thorough. Also, try different survivors if you have them. Some seem to have better luck than others for whatever reason.

Try getting a disguise or fake papers for your survivor. Worked for me after failing a bunch.

Checkpoint inspections can be a real pain. I had the same issue and found out it’s all about inventory management. Make sure your survivor isn’t carrying any contraband items. Sometimes even seemingly innocent stuff can flag you. Also, timing matters. I had better luck going through during shift changes when the guards are less attentive. Keep trying different combinations and you’ll crack it eventually.
Stealth is your friend here. Try approaching the checkpoint at night or during a storm. Guards get sloppy when visibility’s low. Also, ditch any suspicious items beforehand. Good luck!
