Can you recall your earliest PC gaming experience? For me, it was Microsoft's original Flight Simulator.

Hey everyone! I’ve been thinking about the good old days of PC gaming lately. It got me wondering about what game first got us all hooked on playing on our computers.

For me, it was the very first Microsoft Flight Simulator. I remember being amazed at how realistic it felt, even though the graphics were pretty basic by today’s standards.

What about you guys? What’s the first PC game you remember playing? Was it something educational, an adventure game, or maybe a classic like Doom or Myst?

It’s fun to look back and see how far we’ve come in the world of PC gaming. Share your nostalgic memories below!

Sim City 2000 was my first PC gaming obsession. Building massive cities and watching them grow was addictive. I’d lose track of time zoning districts and planning transport networks. The isometric view and detailed sprites were mind-blowing back then. Still love city builders to this day because of it.

Prince of Persia was my first PC game. Those smooth animations blew my mind back then. I’d spend hours trying to beat the timer and avoid all those spikes. Good times!

Gotta be Oregon Trail for me.

Hunting buffalo and fording rivers was peak gaming.

Who else died of dysentery?

Wolfenstein 3D was my first PC gaming love.

Blasting Nazis and finding secret rooms kept me glued to the screen for hours.

Those pixelated graphics were mind-blowing back then!

Oh man, Myst was my jam back in the day! Spent hours trying to figure out those puzzles. Crazy to think how mind-blowing those graphics seemed at the time. PC gaming has come so far since then.
