Anyone else think this game feels weird or just me?

Been playing Battlefield games non stop since BF2 Modern Combat dropped and I got some issues with the new BF6…

  • This game feels way too much like those generic AAA shooters instead of having that classic Battlefield vibe we all know and love.
  • Yeah, the TTK is okay, but sometimes you just get deleted instantly without even knowing what hit you.
  • Everything feels so over the top with crazy explosions and effects everywhere like they’re trying way too hard to make it look ‘amazing’ for trailers.
  • Old Battlefield games made you feel like you were in actual combat, but this one is more like being on some movie set.
  • Why did they remove all the different languages? In older games, you’d hear Russian or Chinese soldiers talking, and it made everything feel so much more real.
  • The worst part is the game can be fun to play, but it just feels empty inside somehow.

Don’t get me wrong, the game isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not amazing either, which makes me sad. Really hoping things get better at launch and EA doesn’t mess up this whole series just because some suits want to make more money.

Yeah, I get it. Without different languages, the whole thing feels flat and way less immersive.

Same here. The game lost what made older Battlefield titles special. They kept the technical mechanics but wrapped everything in this bland, generic shooter shell. What really gets me is losing the language variety - having different factions speak their actual languages was a tiny detail that added tons of immersion.

Totally get what you’re saying. It has all the flashy stuff but really lacks that classic Battlefield feel. It’s like they’re focused more on looks than the actual gameplay.
